‘The competition journals’ include arguments of legal, systematic, and political issues, analyses on judgement cases, and trends and proposals of domestic and overseas policies as the only professional journal of the fair trade act and the competition act in Korea which have been periodically published since the Korea Fair Trade Federation did the first issue in 1995.

We produce the ‘Fair Trade-Related Laws’ to make it easy to see at a glance, including the guidelines for the implementation of fair trade-related laws, such as the Fair Trade Act, the Consumer Basic Act, and the Subcontracting Act, which are enacted and amended every year.

From 'Fair Trade Act: Market and Legal Principles', 'Subcontracting Act: A Guide to Business Transactions', and 'International Comparison of Fair Trade Trial Decision Cases', we provide a professional and broad perspective in the field of Fair Trade Act and Competition Act by planning and publishing 'Fair Trade Books' covering all areas from basic to specialized.
